The Peterson Family

Well...I was terrified to post on my blog. It's been so long, so awkwardly long, that I just couldn't get myself to do it!!! The plan was for me to get a NEW BLOG, with a NEW LOGO!!! These past 6 months I've barely had time to look up, much less attempt at taking time to change things up! SO...I have HIGH hopes over this summer of getting a refreshed blog/website, but for now...my first little blog will have to do. AND these days, I don't even have to time to make my photos larger on my blog...the small ones are also going to have to do for now!! :)

For my first blog back I decided to post my session with this beautiful family. Oh what fun to watch them love on each other and enjoy their sweet little boy! The second shot is my favorite!

Even MORE Behind!!

So much has happened since my last post!! First of all, we lost our little boy, Weston, at 20 weeks. We went in for our 20 week ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. Because we were so far along, we had to be induced and deliver him. It has been very painful and consuming, BUT we have a hope in Jesus and know that we will be with him again someday.

I got back into the swing of things a few weeks after he passed and I hit the ground running!! It has been SOOOO busy around here. I have been posting sessions on Facebook like crazy, but have neglected this oh so sad blog!!! I hope you will understand. I'm hoping to get a new look to my blog in January. SO, I plan to pick it back up then.

Until then, Merry Christmas! Hope you can experience the peace, hope & joy we have in Jesus this Christmas!

SO Behind!!!

Well, as most of you know by now, we are expecting our third child! We are very excited. I am through my first trimester and feel like I am FINALLY getting back to the land of the living. It has been such effort to do anything, especially already having two little ones. Not complaining, just explaining my absence from the blog and for not being as on top of things the past couple of months! So, I'm back!! In full force!! Can't wait for fall sessions to begin!

Sweet Hannah

Sweet Hannah was a delight to shoot. She is such a content third child! Praying that the Lord has the same thing in store for our family! :) Hannah is growing so fast. Her eyes are breathtaking!! Here are a few of my favorites from our session.

Sathianathan Family

This family was so fun. They are a sweet & busy family with 4 children 5 and under. I love big families. I know it is probably very challenging while they are young, but what sweet blessings and more and more fun the older they get. Here are a few of my favorites from our session.

Grant- 8 months

This is my brother and his beautiful family. Sweet Grant is one of the most content babies I have ever been around. He has the sweetest smile. We love him so. Here are a few of my favorites from his 8 month session.
